Also I wanted to make sure you were hating the right thing when talking about cheese curds. These are the most delicious cheese nuggets you can imagine. They are the scrapings off the machinery at cheese factory’s and are so fresh that they squeak on your teeth. They even flavor them now and also when I was at an Indian casino in Wisconsin they deep fry them. They were so popular when I lived in central PA guys used to go to New York fishing and they would take orders from the guys for cheese curds. Not cottage cheese they are damn near like mozzarella. Keep up the good work.

I know what I was hating when we mentioned cheese curds. Still not a fan of them. When I lived in Connecticut we didn’t eat cheese curds so maybe it’s a regional thing in the US and something more widespread up in Canada.
