Plax should get the chair for being stupid for the following reasons (keep in mind I’m an Army Officer)
1. He took a pistol (sidearm) into a bar without plans to kill someone.
2. He put the semi automatic sidearm in his waistband, not a holster.
3. and this is the most egregious: For him to be stupid enough to touch the weapon and it to subsequently discharge, he had to have a magazine inserted with rounds in the magazine. The weapon had to be charged (The burner had to be racked). And the safety had to be off! Dumb ass stupid motherfucker!!!!!!!!
